It can be really, really hard to be here as a human being. Life can be messy and full of confusion. The world can seem daunting and full of chaos. Or perhaps everything feels too controlled and empty. And yet so much is out of our control despite parts of us wanting to be in control.
Relationships can be challenging and full of pain and struggle. Intimacy can be hard to navigate. Or when relationships are going well it can be hard to feel really worthy to receive and abide with that goodness.
Raising kids can bring up so much uncertainty, worry, and make us wanna pull our hair out. Our children can invite us into the territory of our unhealed wounds and the unaddressed gaps from our childhood.
The unconscious speaks to us in so many ways. The path of self exploration, healing and personal growth is never short nor from point A to point B, rarely is it easy, and yet the rewards are so well worth it.

The Will of Love
"What is the Will of Love, you ask?
The answer may be difficult to unmask.
A will towards what, when Love's complete?
When it lacks nothing, when it's replete?
Perhaps like gold, when dimmed of its shine,
Love may will to regain its lustrous divine.
Could Love's will be a cleansing, a revelation?
To remove the debris, a divine operation?
Where does the debris go, does it disappear?
Or is it a part of Love, a cry we all hear?
And if I believe, as I often do,
That all is Love, or just the request for it too,
Either there’s Love or a plea for its grace,
Then could the Will itself, be Love’s own embrace?
The question then, that I ask of me,
Is how do I respond, what will my answer be?
I ponder, and feel, and smile with a sigh,
With "Stillful" Love, is my humble reply.
A Love that's still, that's here, that's free,
The will of Love is just to BE."

- An accurate map of the universal architecture of the human emotional body and a clear vision of how emotional congestion is formed, stored, and expresses overtly or covertly in the form of subpersonas.
